Tufts University Wedding
I have recently had the opportunity to work with a wonderful Boston area photographer, owner of Michele Conde Photography. Michele and I have connected so well and I look forward to photographing more weddings together this season! We are both moms to two kids, so we understand the real struggle to balance family life and running a professional wedding photography business. We know how hard it is to make a living in a market filled with single, childless photographers who can devote all their time to the craft and running a business. We admire them, ha! On the other hand, we are both really blessed to have our supportive husbands and kids who inspire us to follow our passion and have a meaningful impact on those around us.
Below you are going to see mostly photos of the groom with groomsmen, the cocktail hour, reception details, and some dancing photos - since that was my responsibility as the second shooter. You can stop by Michel's blog post to see more photos of the beautiful bride! Sara and Rob are a really wonderful couple and have an amazing family. Their wedding started with getting ready photos at the Sheraton Commander in Cambridge and then moved to Tufts University for ceremony and reception. The Goddard Chapel and Breed Memorial Hall were a perfect setting to tie the knot!
One of my favorite things about being a second shooter is that I often get to capture all the natural candid moments while the primary photographer has to think about all the must-have portraits. Frankly, I love both! But second shooting is certainly less stressful than my own weddings, and pushes me to think more creatively. Enjoy the photos...
