Lake Winnipesaukee Engagement: Bunnary & Bryan
March 21, 2016
កូរស្រករ ស្រស់ស្អាត. This is pronounced "Kosrakar Srasa saat" and means beautiful couple in Cambodian. I'm really excited about Bunnary and Bryan's Cambodian/American wedding this August! They do indeed make a beautiful couple and we had fun spending some time together capturing these moments in Wolfeboro, NH on Lake Winnipesaukee.
Bryan has spent some time in Wolfeboro in the summers since his great grandfather had built a home on the lake there in the 1940s, I am sure many memories were made there. A little bit of history hides behind the facade of the Wolfeborough train depot you'll see below that was built in 1872. The town docks and Cate Park were perfect for some photos and even a picnic with a view! Bunnary thoughtfully invested some time in the props for the cozy lakeside retreat. I'm sure it's deceiving, but it wasn't the least bit warm that day, it definitely felt like winter but we pretended it's spring for some of the photos!
We finished the session with the Pinckney Boathouse that is part of the Brewster Academy, you can see in the photos on the rocks the faint lights of Wolfeboro in the background - it was a beautiful way to end the evening. The truth is, this is just the beginning of a beautiful love story that began 10 years ago...
It was a beautiful evening getting to know Bunnary and Bryan and to capture these moments with the perfect backdrop of Lake Winnipesaukee and the quaint town of Wolfeboro, NH. Can't wait for their wedding at the Steven's Estate!
